Thank you for choosing Kitty Cuddles for your cat sitting needs. We understand that plans can change, and we strive to be as accommodating as possible while also respecting the time and scheduling commitments of our team. Please carefully review our refund and cancellation policy below:

Cancellation & Refund Eligibility

  • Cancellations made 7 days or more prior to the first scheduled visit are eligible for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the first scheduled visit are non-refundable and will be charged in full.

  • No partial refunds will be issued for early returns or shortened services once the sitting period has begun.

How to Cancel

To cancel your booking, you must provide written notice via:

The cancellation request must be received and acknowledged at least 7 full days before the service start date.

Modifications to Bookings

  • Minor changes to visit times or dates may be accommodated if requested at least 7 days in advance, subject to availability.

  • If you need to modify your booking within 7 days of the start date, we will do our best to accommodate, but changes are not guaranteed and may not be eligible for a refund.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Cancellation less than 7 days before service begins

  • Early return home (e.g., client returns from vacation earlier than expected)

  • Inability to access the home due to incorrect keys or alarm codes

  • Cat not being present or available for scheduled visits (e.g., hiding, outdoor roaming)

  • Termination of service after it has begun due to client dissatisfaction or behavioral issues with the pet

Exceptions

We understand that emergencies happen. In the event of a medical emergency, natural disaster, or other exceptional circumstance, please contact us as soon as possible. While we cannot guarantee a refund, we will review each case individually and may offer a partial refund or service credit at our discretion.
